Who we are

Velyoh is operated by [Company legal name], [Legal form], [Registered address] (“Velyoh”, “we”). You can reach us at velyoh.contact@gmail.com.

The service

Velyoh turns the information you provide about your business into an AI Brand Profile and a complete website, which you can preview, refine with AI improvement tools, and publish on a velyoh.com subdomain or a custom domain you own.

AI blog generation currently produces drafts only: public blog publishing is disabled until public blog routing ships.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one business; you must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.

Your content

You keep ownership of the business information you submit and the media you upload. You grant Velyoh the licence needed to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to everything you upload, including logos, photos and text.

AI-generated content

AI outputs are proposals that may contain inaccuracies and require your review before use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of your published website, including any claims it makes about your business.

Velyoh does not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, or any business performance outcome.

Generated website rights

You may use the content generated for your business freely, including outside Velyoh. The Velyoh platform, software, and website templates remain the exclusive property of Velyoh and its licensors.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed as monthly subscriptions through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, plan features and limits may change; changes apply from your next billing period after reasonable notice.

Cancellation and failed payments

You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, your subscription becomes inactive.

Published sites and subscription gating

Publishing and serving a website requires an active subscription. While your subscription is inactive (cancelled, unpaid or paused), your published websites — on subdomains and custom domains — become temporarily unavailable. They are restored automatically when the subscription becomes active again; no content is deleted.

Custom domains

Custom domains are available on eligible plans. You must own the domain you connect, and you are responsible for its registration, renewal and correct DNS configuration. Velyoh never registers or sells domains.

Acceptable use

You must not use Velyoh to create, publish or transmit:

• Illegal content or content that infringes the rights (including intellectual property) of others.
• Deceptive, fraudulent or misleading websites, phishing or malware.
• Hateful, harassing or abusive content.
• Spam, or attempts to probe, breach or overload the service or its infrastructure.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and incidents can cause downtime. Features may evolve, be added or be withdrawn as the product develops.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velyoh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data or lost business), and our total liability for all claims is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You may stop using Velyoh and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, published websites stop being served.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law], and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
